The e-shop Cretoikos.com sends the order to the address the client has filled in the order form (home or work address). It is essential to fill in your correct shipping address, e-mail address and phone number to ensure that our company or the courier service can contact you. (issues with delivery that may arise from a wrongly registered address or incorrect shipping details (delay, failed delivery, return or costs) are not the responsibility of Cretoikos.com)
The shipping takes place on the working day the order is completed (more often on the same day), provided
- all products of the order are available, (its very rare they are not) and
- the order has been paid
Shipping outside Greece (EU-countries and rest of the world)
The delivery of our products is performed by TNT courier service (express or economy). TNT is a fast, global, reputable courier service that sends orders up to 30 kg (you can see the shipping costs in the field “SHIPPING” at the CHECKOUT step of your shopping basket). The minimum order weight is 5 kg. Under normal circumstances TNT delivers the products within 2-5 working days throughout Europe, additionally please note that the shipping made by TNT is insured for 10 €/kg for TNT Economy and 20 €/kg for TNT Express in the case the package is lost or damaged.
In case you would like the delivery to be conducted by a shipping company that does not cooperate with Zacharakis Konstantinos & CO General Partnership (CRETOIKOS), the shipping costs burden the client.
